Title:
Action OfficerKBR is seeking a highly qualified Action Officer (AO) to support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED). Primary responsibilities include aligning activities and resources to ensure successful operations and sound recommendations. The position is responsible for adherence to applicable Agency policies and guidance with respect to coordination and action tracking processes. The AO establishes and maintains effective working relationships with customers and other stakeholders of the Directorate/Office both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Develop and provide clear taskings to the appropriate offices, solicit responses, and consolidate the information from requisite sources to provide coherent, defendable, accurate, complete, consistent, and relevant deliverables for Government review and approval.Coordinate with the Senior Executives to assign tasks, track, and coordinate questions directed to Program leadership received from other directoratesCoordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management reviewMonitor process on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending, new actionsDisseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the AgencyDraft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondenceCoordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the Agency level; maintain a quality control process for all presentationsSupport development and coordination of Weekly Activity ReportsOther duties as assignedRequirements:
Active TS//SCI with Poly10+ years' experienceDesired - Bachelor's/Associate degree in any disciplinePrior experience with the target agency; knowledge of organizational structure, missions, and business processesDemonstrated experience working with senior executivesClearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly
