Position OverviewWe are recruiting for an Action Officer who will provide support, guidance, strategic planning and business process improvement recommendations to senior level executives in a growing mission.
Responsibilities Provide project integrator support, technical guidance, and written executive-level communications and briefings support.Make recommendations for process improvement, prepare communication materials and outreach, prepare monthly briefing slides for both management level and employee levelMake weekly updates to the project schedules, track project actions, track lessons learned, future requirements, impact of decisions and respond to inquiries and questions.Provide to include strategic and technical data analysis, collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.Provide support for strategic planning and business process improvement efforts in support of the re-organization and business transformation.Assist in the establishment and implementation of new processes, governance structures, performance metrics and reporting Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience preparing briefings and presenting information to senior managers.Extensive experience with written communications/editorial experience at the executive level.Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob Company EEO StatementAccessibility/Accommodation:
