Action Officer 

Department: Govt Customer-Chantilly

Location: Chantilly, VA

TENICA is looking to hire an action officer. Must have active TS/SCI with CI poly. 

Responsibilities:

Provide senior executive level supportTrack actions; evaluate and provide recommended responses. Develop and provide clear tasking to the appropriate offices, solicit their responses, and consolidate the information from sources into coherent, defendable, accurate and relevant deliverablesMaintain tracker groups and provide appropriate trainingProvide executive support to forums, technical reviews, design reviews, program status reviews, etcDevelop and provide preparatory briefingsReview internal documents and prepare a responseExcellent communication skills required

Qualifications: 

Education and/or Experience:

Mid to Sr level positions availablePrefer IC/DoD and NRO experienceExperience utilizing: Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS); Tracking, Integration and Enterprise Response (TIER), Task Management Tool (TMT), and/or NCERTMUST HAVE TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
