Let’s unlock a brighter, more exciting future together. **About the role:** The Activation Coordinator supports the development and execution of brand activation strategies to drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. This role involves coordinating promotional activities, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of activation campaigns across various channels. **Role Responsibilities:** · Assist in planning and executing activation campaigns. · Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials. · Manage logistics for events and promotional activities, including shipping materials, setting up displays, and coordinating on-site support. · Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for events. · Provide support during promotional activities by managing on-site logistics and troubleshooting issues as they arise. · Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to during activations. · Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to align activation plans with overall brand objectives. · Maintain communication with venue managers and event organizers to ensure smooth execution. · Assist in tracking expenses related to activation campaigns. · Ensure all expenditures are within the allocated budget. · Collect data on campaign performance consumer feedback. · Prepare reports effectiveness activation initiatives. · Maintain inventory promotional materials/ensure adequate supplies available. · Track usage/distribution materials. · Ensure compliance company policies/regulations. · Maintain accurate records/documentation related activations/results. **Experience / skills required:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role within FMCG or beverage industry. - Experience in event management or trade marketing is a plus. **Skills & Competencies:** · Strong organizational skills; ability manage multiple tasks simultaneously · High attention detail ensure accuracy · Excellent verbal/written communication skills · Ability interact effectively stakeholders at all levels · Familiarity CRM software/tools (e.g., Salesforce) · Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) · Ability identify resolve issues quickly effectively · Strong interpersonal skills; ability work well cross-functional teams · Ability build maintain positive relationships internal/external stakeholders · Excellent time management skills; ability prioritize tasks meet deadlines · Ability adapt changing priorities/environments · Willingness travel/work flexible hours as needed · Commitment continuous learning professional development · Stay updated industry trends/products continuously improving knowledge/expertise **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
