Job Description The Network Print/Active Directory Analyst will be responsible for managing network printing and Active Directory (AD) tasks within the End User Computing team. The primary focus will be on configuring and maintaining network printers using PrinterLogic, with secondary responsibilities in AD onboarding and offboarding. This position requires a local candidate with a couple of years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Network Printing: - Configure and manage network printers using PrinterLogic. - Push printer clients and drivers to end-user devices. - Provide support for network printing issues and ensure smooth operation. Active Directory: - Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks in AD for different agencies. - Maintain and update AD documentation. - Backfill AD responsibilities when other team members are unavailable. General Support: - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues. - Provide excellent customer service to end users. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
