The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:
This individual will be an Active directory engineer working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise wide solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the management, patching, support, maintenance, and recovery of multiple Active Directory domains, Azure cloud environments, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.
What You Will do
Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance toolsDevelop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scriptsParticipate in projects that require IAM team involvementIdentify and communicate risks and issues and provide recommendations on potential fixesOversee production releasesProvide reporting to internal and external audit as requiredSupport and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platformReview solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standardsParticipate in production support via incident ticketsQualifications You Must Have
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field discipline. Location: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
