Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Dance Instructor, will be responsible for designing and leading dance group lessons to patrons who have registered for the course(s) ranging from beginners to advanced levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design & plan dance group lessons.Adapt lessons to the specific groups - ranging from beginners to advanced.As required, modify moves, techniques for patrons who may have limitations.Address any emergency issues requiring attention to supervisor or security.


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

First Aid and CPR C Certification is required.Required certification OR have solid experience in the delivery and coordination of the selected dance classes.Knowledgeable in the art of dance.Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 3 Years Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE D) $36.00
