Plan and schedule activities keeping in mind residents interests and using good judgment in organizing work and setting priorities. 2. Prepares for activities ensuring all necessary supplies are available, transports residents to and from activity. 3. Maintains neighborhood activity calendar. 4. Completes activity attendance records, written and oral reports/recommendations regarding activities of the neighborhood. 5. Completes appropriate sections of the MDS documentation, admission assessment on all new residents, quarterly summary of resident psychosocial status and identifying activity needs. 6. Assists with direct care when needed 7. Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required** High school diploma or equivalent CNA **Pay Range** $16.30 - $22.42 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
