Requirements:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED

-6 Months experience working with seniors preferred

-Basic computer skills preferred

Activity Assistant Position Highlights:

Assisting the Activity Director in planning, coordinating and implementing a well-rounded wellness program for Memory Care Residents (This will include some weekend and/or holiday hours) Assisting with completion of assessments, care plans and associated paperwork Ensuring that all local, State and Federal guidelines regarding programming are met Being creative and bringing the “fun” Professional interactions with residents families  Attending requested staff meetings and/or In-services  Assist in tracking and monitoring daily activities as well as assisting during meal times  Assist in ensuring a healthy community culture for our residents and partners Assist with setting up/taking down special event decorations
