ACTT Housing Specialist

October Road ACTT Asheville team is seeking a Qualified Housing Specialist to join their amazing team!

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday

Profile: 
Requires Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university. Prefer Graduate degree within a professional Human Services discipline. Requires QP status according to 10A NCAC 27G.0104;

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Interpersonal skills to work as an integral part of a treatment team
Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries
Must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate references, and transcript from accredited college.

Other (language, level of computer skills, etc.)
Routine mobility to include stooping, bending, lifting, walking and running. Copy machine, Multi-line telephone, cell\pager, personal computer, and fax machine.

UTILIZATION REVIEW (Person Centered) TREATMENT PLANS DISCHARGE PLANNING TREATMENT TEAM TREATMENT PLAN REVIEWS CONTACT WITH REFERRAL SOURCES DOCUMENTATION CQI & TEAMS STAFF RELATIONSHIPS MUST COMPLETE ALL INITIAL & REQUIRED ANNUAL TRAINING CASE MANAGEMENT
