Actuarial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze claims and premium information in support of quarterly reserving, commutations, and pool arrangements.Analyze data for other reserving related tasks, such as rating agency presentations, various annual statement schedules, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-required documents.Analyze and evaluate various lines of business to project loss ratios for future business including producing full reports for underwriting, management, or reinsurers.Analyze and inputting payment patterns for budget purposes.Support merger and acquisition efforts as required.Assist with actuarial reserving as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience2-3 years of experience is preferredMinimum of 3 actuarial exams passedIntermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
