The Role
Design and build automation solutions (processes and workflow) in accordance with agreed principles and that meet business needs, estimating the level of effort required to configure/deliver RPA processes, working closely with the different stakeholders Explore issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues and barriers and working closely with team to ensure agreed data streams are maintained Work on multiple phases of the process automation projects as per WTW best practice Conduct testing, ensuring project documentation is updated and all required approvals are secured for automation projects to be implemented Deliver robust RPA solutions with clear, detailed, and accurate supporting documentation Review design solutions of junior developers, making sure the most appropriate solution is selected and ensure efficient use of resources Contribute to WTW Retirement RPA strategy and assess new automation opportunities Incident management, including root cause analysis, clean up and prevention of future occurrences: on-call support may be required Help prioritize and direct technical tasks across Automation team Report to Automation Lead and manage delivery milestones and workload Coach and mentor junior developers Provide training to users Work closely with other developers, business analysts, internal stakeholders and external providersThe Requirements
Academic Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management or similar fields of studies Professional Experience in RPA development (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere) or object-oriented languages Practical experience in standard process analysis tools, requirements gathering, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming Solid understanding of business challenges and how technical solutions using RPA can support WTW business needs Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and working to deadlines Demonstrated stakeholders facing experience and partnering with different colleagues to fully understand their context and objectives and drive successful outcomes Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills Willingness to learn, share knowledge and adapt in a constantly-changing fast-paced environmentWTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
