Requirements Job Responsibilities: + Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Acute Rehab unit. + Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized care plans based on the patients' needs and goals. + Monitor and document patients' physical and psychological status, progress, and response to treatment. + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. + Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care. + Provide patient and family education on disease management, medication administration, and self-care. + Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment. Job Requirements: + Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Rehab nursing. + Current BLS and ACLS certifications. + Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. + Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing principles and practices.
