Ad Operations Manager
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking an Ad Operations Manager oversee the day-to-day operations of ad campaigns. Overview: The candidate will ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently, meet performance goals, and are optimized for maximum revenue. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, publishers, and clients to manage expectations and deliver results. As the primary contact and liaison with partners, you will be the primary go-to person via Slack, Google Meet/Zoom with worldwide partners. You will be responsible for matching the partner's ROAS expectations by optimizing the incentive-based program of this company. You will be the main point of strategic conversations for programmatic monetization for partners' CPI, CPE, and CPA offers. Additionally, troubleshoot any performance, technical, or user issues to the company team. The role requires a nice mix of analytical and creative thinking as you will be integral to partners and internal development and marketing teams. You will maintain a strong awareness of our users through tight relationships with the Monetization and Growth Marketing teams. Responsibilities: Campaign Setup and Management: * Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms * Set up ad creatives, targeting parameters, and pacing strategies to align with campaign objectives * Monitor campaign delivery and performance against KPIs, adjusting as needed Data Analysis and Reporting: * Analyze campaign data from ad servers and reporting platforms to identify trends and opportunities for optimization * Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights to inform future strategies Technical Troubleshooting: * Identify and resolve technical ad delivery, tracking, and reporting issues * Work with engineering teams to implement new ad technologies and optimize existing systems
