Our fast-growing organization is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to grow our network of campgrounds while servicing existing customers. The position priorities are to onboard campgrounds in our campground booking platform while also supporting and promoting campgrounds' businesses through strategic advertising placement in print and digital platforms with a stronger focus on digital sales.
This person must be passionate and driven to achieve profitable sales growth and have the ability to cultivate and grow strong customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Onboard campgrounds in our Campground Booking systemSell advertising in print and digital utilizing our vault of internal and external assetsPrepare creative proposals and present marketing solutions to increase brand awareness on behalf of our customersMust be prepared to switch gears and adjust to market fluctuationsCultivate and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships to deliver high customer satisfaction and provide ongoing sales opportunitiesBe able to work independently and exercise good judgment during negotiations with customersRate campgrounds according to industry set quality standardsDisplay effective communication skillsAssist marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plansAttend industry events and workshops as requiredSet up meetings with clients and effectively present proposals and address their concernMeet and exceed budget expectationsQualifications
Proven track record of positive sales performance and selling intangible productsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced selling and negotiation skillsExcellent customer skills and consultative sales approachExperience in digital advertising sales and up to date knowledge of digital products are a mustExcellent organizational, analytical, and planning skillsStrong business development, account management, and relationship-building skillsSound knowledge of marketing principles and techniquesProficient with Microsoft Office suiteOther Requirements
Must be willing to travel to assigned territoryOccasional evening and weekend workOther duties as assignedPay Range:
