Human Resources ADA Administrator

Location : Annapolis, MD
Pay Rate : $30-38+/HR (Pay rate is based on experience)
Work Model : 3-6 Month Contract (Possibility of FTE conversion or contract extension)
Schedule : Monday – Friday (Normal Business Hours)

Responsibilities:
+ Review all incoming ADA requests (both old and new cases) from The Hartford.
+ Follow up with The Hartford to gather documentation on old claims.
+ Coordinate with EHO to verify any return-to-work documentation.
+ Compare return-to-work documentation against The Hartford’s ADA medical assessments.
+ Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and document appropriate accommodations.
+ Respond to The Hartford with the final accommodation decisions.
+ Build and maintain a comprehensive tracking log of all ADA requests, including status of the request, action take, and final accommodation (or denial reason, if applicable)
Qualifications:
· Must have 1-2+ Years of ADA Experience
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
· Must be able to work onsite.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46
