The ADA Eligibility Specialist is responsible for reviewing ADA paratransit application documents and professional verification forms, conducting in-person interviews for applicants, and performing functional assessments with applicants to determine eligibility for ADA paratransit service. The ADA Eligibility Specialist is also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, and providing final eligibility determinations to the client.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
