Job Title: Signal Processing Algorithm EngineerJob Description
Design, develop, and implement signal processing algorithms for ADAS applications, focusing on automotive USS (Ultra Sonic Sensors). Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate algorithms into system architectures. Work extensively on R&D projects related to signal processing, including developing a novel 12-ultrasonic sensor firing synchronization scheme (Stochastic Codes Generation & Collision Avoidance). Deliver AUTOSAR C++ 14-compliant software for parking solutions for large OEMs. Contribute to the USS perception stack, from low-level echo-pulse correlation algorithms to high-confidence map generation based on USS reflection points. Develop and test sensor fusion algorithms integrating IMU, GPS, and Magnetometer data. Perform testing and validation of algorithms using real world data. Analyze performance metrics and optimize algorithms for efficiency. Document development processes and results.
Hard Skills
+ Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
+ 3-8 years of experience in signal processing or algorithm development for ADAS, with a focus on ultrasonic sensor systems
+ Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, and C/C++

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Work Environment
Ideally onsite at the Auburn Hills location 5 days a week. Could consider a hybrid schedule for the right person.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $56.00
