This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Mountain ViewTechnical Center or Warren Technical Center (WTC) or Milford Proving Grounds (MPG) or Markham Elevation three times per week, at minimum
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to strengthen our ADAS program team, with a focus on In-vehicle Map Data and embedded software. As the ADAS Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading high-visibility programs, overseeing multiple milestones, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Lead programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of program plans
Analyze program status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that program objectives can be met
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on program status and changes
Communicate program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to program work plan
Additional Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications:
5+ of industry experience overseeing major software releases in the ADAS, AV, automotive, or related experienced.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field
Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams
Strong project management experience, with practical familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effective.
Proven track record of influencing without direct authority, fostering collaboration.
Demonstrated leadership in motivating cross-functional team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills

MBA

Experience administrating and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools

The salary range for this role is 110,200 and 176,100. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
