ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide group, individual, and family counseling. + Complete assessments, admissions, and treatment plans (TPRs). + Document all services provided. + Maintain contact with referral sources (EAPs, Criminal Justice). + Send Referral Progress Reports. + Participate in weekly case conferences, supervision, and staff meetings. + Ensure compliance with Seafield policies and confidentiality regulations. + Complete discharge planning, UR, and referrals. + Perform other duties as assigned. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: + Assessment & Referral + Treatment Planning & Review + Group, Individual, & Family Counseling + Didactic Presentation + Documentation + Crisis Intervention + Age-Specific Skills (Adolescents & Geriatric) + Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: + CASAC or CASAC eligible, or B/S-B/A with working knowledge of substance abuse disorders. #SJ2025
