recovery in a serene and tranquil setting Job SummaryProvides timely effective high quality and safe nursing collaboration for all enrollees in the program under the direct supervision of a registered nurse Provides coordination of care in conjunction with the RN BHH Specialists Peer Recovery Specialists medical providers and other medical facilities as appropriate and required Provides education individually and in group format in the areas of chronic conditions newly diagnosed conditions medications health promotion wellness prevention including appropriate usage of medical services ie PCP
