This position will have the opportunity to lead the Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies team as part of the Innovation Hub (iHUB) established with the support of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). The position will require learning new skills and deploying the AM technologies into the global Collins environment as well as Singapore Operations.

The AM Lab Lead position is responsible for the effective operation of the Singapore Additive Manufacturing Center, including initial setup and sustained efficiency to meet the increased demand and deliverables of the EDB grant. Primary responsibilities include:

Evaluate AM systems and peripheral equipment for procurement and developmentExecuting facility re-design, machine installation and comissioningGenerate standard operating procedures for above mentioned systemsDrive laboratory Environmental Health & Safety activitiesFacilitate maintenance proceduresEstablish and execute production processesDevelop build file management and configuration controlManage inventory and certify quality of raw materials and equipmentStreamline post processing operationsGenerate intellectual property in relation to process methods
