Job Description
As the Additive Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-volume additive manufacturing production operations. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, operators, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective execution of production activities. This includes managing workflow, optimizing throughput, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with the company's strategic objectives.

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.
Work Environment
You will manage and oversee a team of production personnel, develop and implement production plans, analyze production data, maintain quality control measures, lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, collaborate with other departments, manage budgets, and provide regular reporting to management.
Compensation Range: $70.00-$74.66/hr
