We have an outstanding Contract position for anAddress Verification / Monitor Recovery to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TXsurrounding area. Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Answer in bound and make outbound calls. Understand and follow through with patient inquires , requests or complaints , Offer knowledgeable efficient and cheerful service). Job Responsibilities: + Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. + Coordinate with other departments as needed. + Perform audits to recover company equipment. + Understand and follow through with the process of patient inquiries, requests, and or complaints. + Supply knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service. + Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects. + Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal company personnel. + Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. + Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures. + In all actions , demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Basic Hiring Criteria: + High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
