We have an outstanding Contract position for an Address Verification / Monitor Recovery to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Answer in bound and make outbound calls. Understand and follow through with patient inquires, requests or complaints, Offer knowledgeable efficient and cheerful service).
Job Responsibilities:  Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments as needed.Perform audits to recover company equipment.Understand and follow through with the process of patient inquiries, requests, and or complaints.Supply knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service.Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal company personnel.Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Basic Hiring Criteria:High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
