Position Summary
The Food Lion Addressable Marketing Lead is a member of the Media team and is responsible for developing and executing targeted media campaigns that reach our loyal customers based on their unique characteristics and shopping behaviors. This role leverages data-driven insights and advanced technologies to deliver personalized and effective messages that build customer loyalty.
Working collaboratively with the media team and the Loyalty and Shopper business strategy owners, this role will be an integral part of annual planning and will develop segmented strategies to engage with and capture greater share of wallet from our customers.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Strategy: In partnership with the Loyalty business leads, analyze customer data to identify target segments and develop personalized media strategies to support Food Lion engagement and sales goals, as well as develop addressable marketing roadmaps and campaigns leveraging media assets that are aligned with overall marketing objectives. Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of addressable marketing campaigns across various channels (e-mail, push, and direct mail) and ensure alignment with overall media team strategy. Ensure campaigns are delivered to the right audience at the right time with the right message, as well as monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments. Measurement and Optimization: Develop KPIs to measure the success of addressable marketing campaigns and manage associated budgets. Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future efforts and provide insights and recommendations to inform overall media mix and marketing strategy based on shift in trends, customer behavior and/or competitive activity.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or equivalent field of study Combination of any relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in retail marketing or media that includes demonstrated results in leveraging addressable marketing tools and programs to drive retail sales. Experience in developing and managing budgets.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Strategy, equivalent field of study and relevant work experience.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with addressable marketing technologies, data management tools, and CRM systems. Project Management: Effective project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas to cross-functional audiences. Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and engaging media campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
