Responsibilities Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all adjudication resultsProvide timely follow-up and follow-through on all applicable questions and/or concerns stemming from an adjudication resultLearn basic aspects of all background screening processes, including, but not limited to, criminal searches, employment and education verification, drug testing, adjudicationManually process incoming results from designated queue by accurately input notes/comments when determining the adjudication result on an applicantAssist in solidifying process and identifying areas of improvementProvide progress reports to Management and reports as needed Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma RequiredAssociates degree in Criminal Justice preferredPrior criminal research, adjudication and/or quality experience a plusFamiliarity with Fair Credit Reporting Act and state compliance preferredIntermediate knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel requiredExcellent analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under constant deadlines, organize tasks and manage time efficientlySelf-motivated with great attention to detailTeam oriented attitude About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
