Responsibilities + Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all adjudication results + Provide timely follow-up and follow-through on all applicable questions and/or concerns stemming from an adjudication result + Learn basic aspects of all background screening processes, including, but not limited to, criminal searches, employment and education verification, drug testing, adjudication + Manually process incoming results from designated queue by accurately input notes/comments when determining the adjudication result on an applicant + Assist in solidifying process and identifying areas of improvement + Provide progress reports to Management and reports as needed Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess the following: + High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Required + Associates degree in Criminal Justice preferred + Prior criminal research, adjudication and/or quality experience a plus + Familiarity with Fair Credit Reporting Act and state compliance preferred + Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel required + Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work under constant deadlines, organize tasks and manage time efficiently + Self-motivated with great attention to detail + Team oriented attitude About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary and integrated home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
