The School of Health Professions at UT Health San Antonio is seeking to fill one adjunct faculty position starting Fall 2018 to teach courses in communication disorders for the Master’s Program in Speech-Language Pathology. This position is an adjunct appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor.
Responsibilities include teaching graduate level courses of the area of expertise. Applicants must have a Master’s or Doctorate degree in communication disorders, hold ASHA CCC, and be eligible for Texas licensure. Preference will be given to individuals who have specialties in communication science and disorders‒ e.g., voice and resonance disorders, head and neck cancer, trach and vent, fluency disorders, pediatric swallow and feeding, cultural and linguistic diversity‒ and previous experience in teaching at the college level.
