Adjunct Assistant Professor - Professional Communications
Location: Farmingdale, NY Category: Adjunct Posted On: Wed Mar 30 2022 Job Description: Periodically, adjunct teaching positions become available in the Professional Communications Department. Currently, we anticipate a need for instructors to teach sections of Human Communication, Foundations of Professional Communications, Communication Technology or Media Literacy primarily during daytime hours. A background in technical communications, digital journalism, strategic communication, or communication technology (e.g. photo editing, web development) is being sought in instructors for these courses. Please submit your resume if you would be interested in teaching one or two sections, and also please indicate if you are available to teach in the day, evening, or both. You will be called if and when a position becomes available. Please note academic departments will not be accepting phone inquiries regarding your resume.
