UFCD is seeking applicants interested in working up to twenty hours per week. The University of Florida College of Dentistry (UFCD) is one of the leading dental schools in the United States devoted to improving and promoting oral health throughout Florida, the nation and worldwide through excellence in teaching, research, patient care and service. Responsibilities include didactic, preclinical and clinical instruction in operative dentistry to DMD students. Minimum requirements include a DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree. Preferred qualifications include: previous teaching experience, and clinical practice experience. Applicants should possess the skills and knowledge to provide clinical coverage in all aspects of general dentistry. As well as being a strong clinician, applicant should be organized, open minded, dedicated to teaching students according to the guidelines set by the department, proficient with technology and the use of electronic health records, abreast of current evidence-based dentistry and possess excellent communication skills.
