Master's degree in engineering with 18 graduate semester hours of coursework related to physics concepts and course learning outcomes may be considered. **Preferred Qualifications:** Master's degree in physics **Job Concepts** Part-time Adjunct Faculty members are responsible for teaching courses as assigned and promotion of a collegial atmosphere. Adjunct Faculty are expected to support the institution's mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies. Adjunct Faculty report directly to the department chair within their respective departments and divisions. The Department of Sciences seeks adjunct instructors to teach Physics courses. Adjunct instructors are hired by the department, the Division of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, and Baton Rouge Community College on a term-by-term basis as needed.
