Design and grade assignments. Strong ability to foster critical thinking, facilitate discussions on complex topics, and guide students in academic research and writing. Maintain an inclusive and respectful classroom environment. Provide timely feedback and academic support to students. Ensure compliance with university policies on grading, attendance, and academic integrity. Required Qualifications: A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Humanities, Social Sciences, Cultural Studies, or a related discipline. Demonstrated teaching experience, preferably in higher education. Familiarity with interdisciplinary approaches to cultural studies and critical thinking. Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
