This position involves delivering high-quality instruction through well-crafted lesson plans, ensuring that program standards are met and consistently upheld, and preparing detailed administrative reports to support program accountability. The role also emphasizes fostering an engaging learning environment, mentoring students to achieve their academic and career goals, and contributing to their success through personalized guidance and support. Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and effective instruction in carpentry and construction disciplines.Evaluate student progress and maintain program standards.Maintain safety in the learning environment and oversee equipment and supply needs.Assist with program accreditation and ensure compliance with educational policies.Collaborate with staff and other educators to enhance program outcomes and student experiences. Qualifications & Requirements:Expertise in carpentry and construction management with relevant certifications or licensure.Minimum of three (3) years of industry experience (five preferred).An associate degree in a related field and teaching experience are advantageous.Proficiency with learning management systems, such as Blackboard, and basic computer skills. Benefits and Perks:· Pay Rate· Medical Benefits· Holidays· Training & Growth
