This position involves providing engaging and informative instruction to licensed electricians, focusing on industry standards, safety protocols, code updates, and advancements in the electrical field. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the electrical trade and passion for teaching and mentoring professionals. Job Duties + Design and deliver course content for continuing education programs that comply with Iowa's licensing and certification requirements. + Update and maintain curriculum to reflect the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) changes and technological advancements in the filed. + Conduct in-person or online classes tailored to electricians with varying skill levels and professional backgrounds. + Align all educational materials and instruction with Iowa state regulations and licensing board requirements for continuing education. + Stay updated on changes in industry practices, tools, and safety standards. + Attend professional development sessions to maintain subject matter expertise.
