Volt is immediately hiring a specialized Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary duties will be as a Patient Warming Asst Auditor, with secondary duties as a Site Administrator. This is a hybrid role, in the office on Fridays, with normal work hours being 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Patient Warming Asset Auditor Job duties:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tInitiating mailer audits of field-based company assets,\r\n\tResponding and working with customers on account reconciliation,\r\n\tEnsuring accurate install base records in the system of record,\r\n\tResolving outstanding or inaccurate records. \r\n\r\n\r\n

Site Administrator Job Duties:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tResponsible for various office administrative tasks from reporting to general housekeeping, to organization.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Additional Duties:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAnswering phones\r\n\tTyping/data entry\r\n\tFiling\r\n\tMicrosoft office suite experience\r\n\tCalendar management and scheduling\r\n\r\n\r\n

Requirements:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPrevious administrative experience\r\n\tHS Diploma/GED or equivalent.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $24 per hour.

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
