Job Summary:

· Data entry and analysis

· Maintain customer and vendor relations

· Process invoices and credits for major national accounts

· Arrange freight for inbound/outbound purchase orders

· Communicate with customers, brokers, and branches regarding sales

· General office and administrative tasks including email, phone calls, filing

· Other related duties as needed

Education/Skills/Experience:

· Previous office experience preferred

· Prior experience with purchasing preferred

· Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word and Access)

· Excellent English language and communication skills

· Proficient in typing and 10-key
