Summary: Seeking an Admin Assistant with automotive knowledge to coordinate vehicle maintenance and support fleet management tasks.

Requirements:

General Automotive Knowledge & Maintenance Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint; Data Entry Self-motivation and workload management Comfortable driving vehicles on highways and in high traffic areas Capable of driving long distances (up to 3 hours)

Preferred Skills:

Vehicle maintenance, management, or similar experience

Responsibilities:

Coordinate maintenance with service centers/dealerships Transport petrol & battery electric vehicles to service appointments Confirm fleet problem/maintenance requirements Conduct initial problem review and concern recognition Manage check-in/tracking of fleet vehicles Support end-of-use disposition - vehicle scrap/sale process Maintain accurate vehicle records Inventory and maintain shuttle/master/competitor vehicles Perform MVR check confirmation & data entry into system

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
