Admin Assistant
Adecco is currently sourcing for an Administrative Assistant for a dynamic and growing company. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person. + Efficiently schedule repair appointments and dispatch technicians. + Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and completed jobs. + Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring timely follow-up for payment collection. + Manage office calendars and coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams. + Create, update, and maintain documents and spreadsheets using Google Docs and Google Sheets. + Organize and manage files on a Windows desktop system. + Support virtual communications using Zoom and Teams for internal and external meetings. + Perform general office duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and handling mail. + Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure smooth operations. + Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred. + **Experience:** 2+ years in an administrative or office support role, preferably in HVAC, construction, or a related industry. + **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency with Windows desktop systems. + Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. + Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. + **Interpersonal Skills:** + Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. + Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with clients and staff. + **Organizational Skills:** + Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. + **Preferred:** Experience with invoicing and scheduling software. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM If you're an energetic, proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong customer service mindset, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
