Job Description:

 

Works closely with the provide direct support to Director, OPO Quality Systems, and also provide support to the Quality and Recovery Services departments on in collaboration with the other Admins currently supporting those departments.


Responsibilities: 

 

Performs general office duties.Answers, screens, and facilitates incoming telephone calls, and responds independently when appropriate.Prepares detailed correspondence, reports, and presentations as directed.Maintains supervisor’s schedule, calendar, and schedules appointments or meetings as directed.

 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

 

A minimum of two to three years relevant job experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable computer program with typing ability of 50 wpm.Responsible for participating in quality assessment performance improvement (QAPI) activities for the OPO as outlined in the OPO Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Plan.Professional appearance and demeanor.
