Overview This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Eau Claire, WI location, as well as the Twin Cities / Wisconsin market Responsibilities Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, and telephone support Manage, track, and communicate variousfinancial administrative controls Cashier and reconcile driver routes, utilizing a settlement tracking system Works with a centralized Accounts Receivable department when necessary to resolve customer issues regarding delivery and settlement Conducts a weekly inventory of building supplies (office supplies, breakroom supplies, maintenance supplies) and communicates appropriately to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained. Maintains sales building breakroom cleanliness and organization. Process payments for supplier invoices via credit card or internal AP system Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, and faxing Process weekly payroll for frontline employees in multiple locations Manage shipping & receiving within the Eau Claire< WI location –which includes: accepting shipping orders from appropriate location staff, processing shipping orders within FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS systems, packing up shipments, and processing payments for shipping orders. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
