Job DescriptionGeneral Summary of Duties:This position administers employee benefit and compensation programs and other functions with Human Resources.  Responsible for collecting time keeping and payroll information.  Works closely with Financial Official to distribute wage and payroll information to employees. This position assists the Multi-Township EMS Administrator in operational and clerical duties; including typing, filing, ordering supplies, and health information management.  Executes paperwork necessary to keep provider agreements, certifications, and waivers current.  This position requires someone of high moral character, with good judgment, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively deal with sensitive matters requiring the utmost confidentiality.  

 

Job Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalentKnowledge in Human Resource Laws, rules, & regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Internet.Three-five years of prehospital or healthcare related experience preferred.
