Yes Duties and Responsibilities Serves as primary administrative contact person and provides direct support to Faculty within the Division of Surgical Research in the Department of Surgery in support of the Immunologic Therapeutics program. Support will be provided for research staff, graduate students, post-doctoral researcher and research residents.
General Duties to Include:
Provides general administrative duties, answers phone calls, manages calendars, and creates/formats correspondence
Coordinates travel arrangements, prepares and submits reimbursement requests, Procard (credit card) management, usage and documentation
Provides special project and event coordination. Assists with organizing annual Surgery Research Day, coordinates seminar series, guest speakers, itineraries etc.
Submits orders for laboratories
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of relevant experience; some positions may require additional experience. Qualifications High school diploma, BS degree preferred Certificates/Credentials/Licenses None Computer Skills Proficient in microsoft office suite Supervisory Responsibilities No Required operation of university owned vehicles No Does this position require direct animal or patient contact?
