Responsibilities*40% - Assistant manager with HR related duties.
Biweekly and monthly payroll time keeping.
Track and update PTO, FMLA, LOA, and PTU balance sheet.
Liaison with HR solutions center.
Post job openings and process job offers.
30% - Provide administrative support to the ACU Manager and Medical Director.
Manage email groups and phone lists.
Manage clinic inventory and approve clinic supply orders.
Manage pcard and process concur expense reports.
Assist in space management, completion of space survey, expansions, and space renovations.
20% - Coordinate with manager and leads for blue folder updates and processing.
Provide and update onboarding checklist for new employees.
Assist with FTE changes/promotions.
Tuition advancement/reimbursement and PTO sell back processing.
10% - Assist with credentialing and re-credentialing as well as licensing updates and renewals.
Required Qualifications*A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required. At least 4 years of administrative support experience required.Must be able to work independently, handling complex requests, and meeting deadlines. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are necessary. Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) with an advance skill in Excel. This position requires organization, communication, and teamwork. Desired Qualifications*A strong background in administrative support working in a complex medical office. Familiarity with medical terminology. Computer skills in UM systems such as M-Pathways, Wolverine Access timekeeping, purchasing, and other advance administrative duties.
