**Job Responsibilities:**
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
+ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
+ File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
+ Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
+ Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
+ Perform other duties as assigned
+ Create a network within the company to assist with setting members
+ Skills to communicate with Executive Level members of the organization
+ Calendar management
+ Travel management- will be complex travel
+ Coordinate and facilitate team meetings
+ Agendas and materials are ready for team meetings
+ Coordinate all hands and team events

**Education/Experience:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ 8+ years experience required.
+ Previous experience supporting executives required.
