Admin Clerk, Work Control
**Summary/General Description of Responsibilities:** The Administrative Work Control Clerk performs general clerical support for the Work Control Center to include answering Service Desk operations phone calls, processing work orders and utilizing the work management system. Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered and identify and reports safety, environmental and other work requirements for resolution. **Essential Duties & Job Functions:** + Receives, prints, and issues Emergency, High Risk, Medium Risk and Low Risk work orders and inputs other classifications of work requests into the system. + Monitors radio, cell phone, land line and email. Dispatches shop personnel for Emergency and Urgent service orders. + Maintains all Facility History Files and Facility Manager files to include filing of all completed work documents, warranties and all other pertinent information pertaining to each facility. + Provides customers with status on service orders within one hour of receipt of request. + Maintains and files the “After Hours Call-In Report.” + Generates in-housework request documents as they are received from customers. + Schedules work appointments for customers usually under special circumstances. + Monitors all emergency “crash phone” operations and fire department direct line during emergencies and exercises. + Supports other Work Control staff as needed or directed. + Interfaces with customers and responsible for customer feedback, as applicable. + Complies with applicable federal, state, United States Air Force (USAF) and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) environmental laws and regulations. + Complies with health and safety rules and procedures; performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment. + Incumbent will always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined by position and duties. + Performs other related duties as assigned. + Accurate, timely, and cost-effective performance of duties. + Working harmoniously with customers and fellow co-workers. + Maintaining strict confidentiality of all ARRO related matters. + Accountable for assigned tools, materials and equipment. + Cleanliness and safety of shop and work areas. + Maintain a safe and healthy work environment within the shops and company vehicles. **Qualifications and Skills:** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Current state driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of valid insurance. + U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances. + Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience. + Demonstrated skills in using various computer software, including ability to use the Windows operating system as well as common office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Database Management. + Ability to adapt to changes in technology. + Prior radio dispatch experience. + Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary License/ID/Certifications. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, to include proper phone, radio, and written courtesy. + Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations. **Preferred:** + Minimum of three (3) years clerical experience. + Military experience. + Previous experience working on a military installation. + Experience working on Tinker facilities. + Familiarity with military-specific facility/infrastructure codes and standards, as applicable. **This position may currently and/or in the future be required to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) and/or Personal Clearance (PCL) as required by law or contract.
