Job Title: Admin ClerkJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Admin Clerk to ensure OTIF goals by actively engaging in order fulfillment, document preparation, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures. You will be expected to notify others of warehouse concerns to increase productivity, improve service, decrease or avoid costs, and begin identifying areas where you can assist in resolving concerns. This role focuses on continuous improvement, utilizing self IDPs and reviews to guide your growth and meet organizational expectations. Responsibilities + Ensure OTIF goals by actively engaging in order fulfillment, document preparation, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures. + Notify others of warehouse concerns to increase productivity, improve service, decrease or avoid costs, and begin identifying areas where you can assist in resolving concerns. + Work in an effort of continuous improvement, utilizing self IDPs and reviews to guide growth and meet organizational expectations. + Comply with GWP’s, SOP’s, corporate and/or distribution-logistics policies, rules, and regulations. + Provide assistance and support to all site Administration as outlined by leadership and Manager. + Learn and develop competence in key areas of Supply Chain such as ERP, WMS, and APICS. + Gain competence in standard operations within all areas of Administration to support Inventory, Systems, Office, and overall distribution functions. + Cover and/or ensure breaks, lunches, and other staffing needs of the Administration Group. + Comply with all legal and safety requirements concerning Supply Chain Administration and report concerns to leadership or Manager. + Work in a safe manner and report safety concerns promptly to leadership or Manager, and take corrective actions timely to ensure a safe environment. + Report food safety concerns and initiate actions timely for supporting SQF/HACCP/FSMA by maintaining food safety processes, documentation, and training requirements or certifications. + Ensure work areas are sanitary, strictly adhere to sanitation practices, and support health/wellness controls and programs. + Communicate effectively between shifts, departments, and other sites as needed. Essential Skills + Data entry + Clerical + Customer service + Purchase order preparation + Shipping/receiving paperwork + High level of communication + Experience preparing documentation + Checking BOLs (Bill of Lading) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous customer service experience highly preferred + Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Office experience highly preferred Work Environment This position is fully on-site with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday from 6am-2:30pm. You will be working in a well-known and growing company with a great tight-knit team. The work environment supports continuous improvement and offers opportunities for growth.
