Job Title: Admin Customer Care Support

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admin Customer Care Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting of customer issues, helping achieve a positive customer experience, and supporting our commercial team and programs. You will also be involved in reviewing product requirements and helping provide technical content for end users and partners.

ResponsibilitiesAdvanced troubleshooting of customer issues from the field and users, providing resolutions based on data analysis from the product.Help achieve a successful and positive customer experience.Report and track trend analysis.Review and edit technical troubleshooting documents and provide technical content suitable for supporting end users and partners.Support the commercial team and programs.Review product requirements, specifications, and design documents, translating them into knowledge for the commercial team, partners, and field-based personnel.Continuously improve processes and stay current with product changes.Essential SkillsCase management experience, preferably in the medical device industry.Proficiency in Excel, particularly in reporting.Experience with document control, SOP, and order processing.Proficient in MS Office.Customer care experience.Technical support experience with iOS and Android apps.Associates degree preferred but open to experience in lieu of degree.Excel proficiency (80%) and typing speed (40 wpm).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an engineering-related field or technical support.At least 3 years of overall work experience with at least 1 year in a support or application engineer role.Understanding of the user interface and operation of Android and iOS cellular technologies/devices.Experience in maintaining and updating technical support materials.Understanding of medical sensors is desirable.Experience with Bluetooth-based communication in medical systems and general understanding of Bluetooth communication protocols.Experience with digital health solutions is highly preferred.Experience in diabetes devices preferred.Knowledge of diabetes management is desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.Exceptional organizational skills.Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, with most of the team being local to MD. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 1st shift, with flexibility required for rotating shifts including some Saturdays and holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00

UP TO 75K + 5% bonus + 6,000 stock options.
