For our Hungarian office, we are looking to hire a motivated and proactive Admin Office Assistant to support our 300+ team of professionals.
The role is fully office based, front desk-reception.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages office reception, and takes care of office day-to-day administrationAnswers telephone calls and interacts with visitors, employees, vendors, delivery services etcCollects, sorts and prepare relevant documentation, handles incoming and outgoing mail, orders office equipment/suppliesArranges meetings and events, prepares routine reportsSupports employees and management with various administrative tasks (printing, copying, packaging, organization, invoices processing, inventory, other as assigned)Skills, Education and Experience Required:
High school or equivalent diplomaSome administrative assistant or receptionist experience preferredExcellent working knowledge of commonly used Microsoft applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and WordStrong communication, multitasking and organizational skillsMotivated to work as fully office-based employee within a fast-paced organization, delivering efficient and reliable administrative supportEnthusiastic, proactive team player with interest in administrationFluent in Hungarian and English is a mustHungary, Budapest basedIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
