We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer at Leeds County Court with our client, The Ministry of Justice. The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment and will be responsible for the overall running of the courts.
Responsibilities include:
Administration of Court applications, processes and Orders.Use of Excel and Outlook, E-mail handling and telephone enquiries.Public facing Counter duties with public and stakeholders.Court clerking - going into Court, using recording technology - use of Teams and Cloud Video Platform IT.Working closely with the Judiciary.Skill and Experience required:
Great communication skills and excellent telephone mannerAble to work at pacePositive, can-do attitudeCustomer service experienceAble to multitaskStrong admin abilityIT literate, use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
